The vision of YMY (Youths Mentoring Youths) is to align and equip talented and motivated young youths; with positive, strong, self driven successful young adults in their communities.

The goal of this program is for our young children to creatively utilize and benefit from the human capital that is available in their own communities.We strongly believe that this can be achieved by establishing a strong working relationship with their young successful mentors.

VALUE

Youths Mentoring Youths is an organization that wants to tackle the problems and issues listed above. We can make a big difference in our youths’ life if we can lend them a hand with a good vision.

YMY will try to achieve this goal by helping our young mentees, first to identify what they want to do in their life; what they might need to know to achieve their dreams; and where they could find the resources they need to fulfill their individual goals.
